Michelle Fox

Michelle is a graduate of North Carolina Wesleyan College, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She spent 20 years serving the community as an Office Administrator with Home Health and Hospice Care in Smithfield, NC. In that role, she negotiated contracts with major insurance providers such as BCBSNC and worked closely with physicians’ offices to provide education on hospice care. Before co-founding Fox Rental Management in 2010, Michelle built her real estate career as a broker with two local real estate companies. Her combined background in healthcare administration, contract negotiation, and real estate brings a unique blend of compassion, professionalism, and expertise to her work with property owners and tenants.
Steve Fox

Steve is a graduate of West Virginia University’s School of Pharmacy and brings more than 30 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist, working in both retail and pharmaceutical sales. In 2015, he transitioned full time into real estate as a Broker/REALTOR® and co-owner of Fox Rental Management alongside his wife, Michelle. At Fox, Steve primarily oversees the out-of-state investor portfolio and sales, where his strong background in client relations and attention to detail ensures that investors achieve their property management and return-on-investment goals.

Lacelle has been an essential part of Fox Rental Management since its founding in 2010. She keeps the office running smoothly and ensures that everything stays organized. When you call the office, it’s usually Lacelle’s warm, welcoming voice that greets you. Highly knowledgeable about our properties, requirements, and general information, she is always ready to answer questions, schedule showings, and assist with inquiries. Tenants, owners, and staff alike consider her the heart of the office—many even affectionately refer to her as the “grandmother” of Fox Rentals.

Olivia graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Arts in History. She is a licensed real estate broker and oversees the leasing process from start to finish, including screening all rental applications, preparing leases and renewals, and coordinating with both owners and tenants. With a decade of experience in this role, Olivia brings knowledge, consistency, and professionalism to every step of the rental process.
